ARIZONA'S LOSS IS ALSO AMERICA'S LOSS

The first responsibility of a Judge is to apply the law and as a result enforce the law. But for liberal activist Judges this primary responsibility of any Judge is secondary to fulfilling a political agenda and this is exactly what happened when U.S. District Court Judge Susan Bolton, a Clinton appointee, did in placing a temporary injunction against the Arizona immigration law which goes into affect today.

The Arizona law does nothing more than enforce already existing federal laws, allowing local and state law enforcement jurisdiction in enforcing current laws which the federal government has ignored leading to the tremendous problem of illegal aliens and drug cartels invading Arizona and killing residents of the state.

Bolton by issuing the injunction has not just sided with the Obama administration who has refused to enforce federal law concerning immigration, but she has also denied the state the legal ability to enforce existing laws. Bolton has neglected her primary responsibility as a Judge in order to side with a liberal political agenda which allows illegal aliens to invade our country and threaten our citizens.

The case will now go into the appeals process but is likely to fail since it will head to the extremely liberal and controversial 9th Circuit Court of Appeals in equally as liberal San Francisco who will almost certainly uphold Bolden's activist decision. The final decision on the case will end at the Supreme Court but in the meantime Bolden's political decision will continue to tie the hands of law enforcement in Arizona and allow the havoc caused by illegals to continue threatening the citizens of the state.

Arizona's loss is also America's loss. Many other states were preparing or considering preparing legislation similar to Arizona's. Now that the Obama administration has in essence at least temporarily defeated the Arizona law, other states may be hesitant to pass such legislation since they see that it is so easily stopped by Obama's Justice Department through liberal activist judges.

Governor Jan Brewer of Arizona in expressing her disappointment in the ruling once again scolded and challenged the Obama administration to, "do their job, " and protect our borders. But it has become frustratingly obvious that Obama is more interested in taking states who are trying to protect their citizens to court and side with illegal aliens who are invading our country with the goal of providing amnesty and paying for their vote enslaving them to the Democrat machine and government while allowing legal citizens to suffer at the hands of those same illegals.
